Born in Guinea, he began cooking as an apprentice with the Papounets’ group 9 years ago. Today he’s the Head Chef, a partner in the company, and officially titled “Maître Restaurateur” by the prefect. He mixes flavors like Snake mixes hits: with fire, heart, and always a new taste experience.
